new zealand delivery notes:
for new zealand customers, orders under NZD $1000 will inherit 15% GST at checkout on behalf of new zealand customs. no duties, import transaction fees or GST will be collected with the arrival of your package into new zealand.
for orders over NZD $1000, duties, GST and import transaction fees will be collected at the destination border by new zealand customs and this is the responsibility of the customer.
international delivery notes:
all international shipments are sent DDU (delivery duties unpaid). any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. in instances where the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to comunete, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. we recommend contacting the custom office of your country for further information as comunete is not able to estimate the duties or taxes that may be incurred.
we offer easy returns for online orders, returned within 7 days of delivery.
returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. for future reference, if you are returning swimwear please ensure the hygiene slip has not been removed. Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer.
comunete does not accept returns for books, perfumes, beauty products or earrings.
full price items can be returned for a refund or a credit note. sale items, whether permanent mark down or a promotional sale, may be returned for credit note only.
final sale refers to items that are marked to clear. Final sale items are not eligible for return. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and reaching out to us for assistance prior to purchasing for advice or to assist with any questions.
submitting a return
you will be issued with a Return Authorisation number. This RA number needs to be included on the return slip that arrived with your order. please include your contact information in the space provided.
please ship your return to 6/92 princes highway, milton nsw 2538 (entrance via church street). when sending your return back to us, please re-package the item/s in the original box or packaging or please find suitable alternative packaging. please include your order invoice with your return package. once we’ve received your return please allow 5 business days for the item to be processed and appropriate renumeration to be issued.

in store return policy
if you have purchased an item from our milton store, your order can be returned for a credit note or exchange within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. returns are not eligible on skincare, fragrance or earrings for hygiene reasons. no refunds will be given except under Fair Trade provisions. purchases made using a store credit are final sale and are not eligible for return. please contact us for further information.
all items are quality checked upon leaving comunete. in the unlikely occurrence that you receive an item that is less than perfect, please contact email@example.com with images and a description of the fault.
if you have received your online order and the contents don’t match what you ordered, please contact us asap on firstname.lastname@example.org
if your order qualifies for a refund you will be credited back on the original payment method. please allow 5 business days once the refund has been issued for this amount to appear in the relevant account.
whilst we are unable to offer exchanges for online orders, we can provide you with a credit note to re-purchase your pieces.
if you have purchased using afterpay and your return qualifies for a refund, you will be credited back through the payment method used to purchase with us. if your return requires a credit voucher you will continue to make payments until the item is paid for and we will issue you a credit voucher for the full amount when we receive the return.
