payment
payments can be made by credit card, paypal or afterpay. after-pay is available to australian residents only.
returns
we happily accept returns within 7 days of receipt for any item purchased from the comunete online store that meets the criteria of our online returns policy. the quality of our home objects is thoroughly checked prior to shipping, therefore if a piece arrives damaged please notify us within 24hrs of receipt.
returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. if you are returning swimwear, please ensure the hygiene slip hasn’t been removed.
comunete does not accept returns for books, perfumes, beauty products or earrings. comunete reserves the right to reject any items returned that do not comply with our returns policy and may return the item to sender.
for the return of full-priced items, customers are eligible for either a refund or credit note. for the return of discounted products whether it be on permanent markdown or a promotional sale, customers are eligible for a credit note only.
sale items
please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns for refunds on any discounted products. this includes marked down items, sale products or items discounted through marketing/promotions/code discounts. no other discount or promotional codes can be used across sale items.
discount codes
from time to time, comunete offers promotional discounts in the form of discount codes. terms associated with each code will be listed in conjunction with the promotional event and timeframe. discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative. to apply a coupon or discount code, the code must be applied at checkout. comunete is not obliged to reimburse or refund a voucher amount to any order placed without a discount code and cannot apply codes to orders retrospectively.
faulty items
faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and comunete will pay the postage costs for replacement items. comunete will not cover the postage cost for items returned due to change of mind. goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, please contact info@comunetestore.com upon receipt for return instructions. please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. comunete reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny a refund if the garments or objects are in saleable condition. to avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on clothing and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. all prices shown on www.comunetestore.com are in australian dollars (AUD). a charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.
price & imagery
comunete reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. in certain circumstances, comunete reserves the right to cancel or reject your order. this may happen where the requested product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the pricing or the product description posted on the site.
comunete makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, cut, fit, make and general product descriptions. in terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. in relevance to varying sizes, cuts and shapes displayed via the images on the site and featured on our models - we cannot guarantee they will fit you exactly the same, as each individual body is different and treat each individual piece differently.
lost or damaged goods
if goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@comunete.store.com within 2 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the circumstances. we will make all reasonable attempts to assist with the location of your order, and assist with the re-delivery and return of items not received. once the item has been processed through our third party vendor for dispatch, all lost/damaged packages must be reviewed and communicated via the vendor, with our assistance.
